Chronacy uses campaign lore and approved records to reconcile names. Uncertain matches are sent to Review instead of silently becoming canon.

Yes. Review and Records include controls to merge discoveries, accept proposed information, correct fields, replace artwork, or remove material.

Yes. A campaign can use manual or automatic publishing. Uncertain records remain available for review according to the campaign's configured thresholds.

Stripe manages payment methods, invoices, and subscription billing. Chronacy does not store complete payment-card details.

If Additional Processing is enabled, Chronacy may purchase more processing through Stripe during an upload after included and purchased credits are exhausted.

You retain ownership of the recordings, lore, artwork, and other campaign material you provide. Chronacy receives only the limited permissions needed to operate the service.
